On Sunday, February 15, The Byrd Theatre Foundation is proud to present “The Byrd Believes: VCU’s Path from the First to the Final Four.” Taking place at Richmond’s historic Byrd Theatre, this one day only event will feature a special screening of “Unbelievable is Believable Here”—a documentary chronicling VCU’s journey to the Final Four—as well as a live performance by the VCU Peppas.
Sponsored by The Byrd Theatre, VCUSports.com, and Social52, this free event will be open to the public on a first come first serve basis. Donations may be made online or at the event, and a limited number of VIP balcony seats are available for a minimum $10 donation. In support of The Byrd Theatre Foundation’s “Journey to the Seats” campaign, 100% of the proceeds will benefit the foundation’s restoration efforts.
For VCU students, alumni, and Richmonders everywhere, 2011 was a magical year.
