Theatre Rentals

The Byrd Theatre's Reinhart Auditorium is available for a wide range of private events including but not limited to independent film screenings, film festivals, corporate retreats, live performances, wedding ceremonies, and more. 

Rental fees are determined by a variety of factors including the day of the week, time of day, number of guests, staffing requirements, and additional event details. The current maximum capacity for private rentals is 700 guests. The balcony is currently unavailable for private event rentals. 

Please note our public programming schedule below. The Byrd is generally available for rental opportunities outside of the following days/times (please feel free to inquire about buyout opportunities):

If you are interested in hosting a private experience for 40 guests or fewer, please check out our Movie Party option. Gaming Parties are also available for groups of 10 or fewer.
